Trevor with Black Tie pulled out all the stops for me and got me moved at the last minute when I had no help. Moving is so stressful, but the guys were great and really worked their tails off. I am so appreciative for all they did. I would recommend them 100%!

We have moved more times than normal people should. Work responsibilities have taken us all across the state of Tennessee, and we paid out of our own pocket. We have been moved by every company you can think of. Lance, and the team showed up on an early Saturday morning and moved us with kindness and enthusiasm. The like of which we have never seen. Many other times in the past we knew that something of value would break, because that’s just how moving goes, right? Not with Black Tie Moving. Nothing broken! No scratched walls to fix! Nothing stolen! (Yes, we have had possessions stolen right out of the truck before) The concierge service is also amazing! They assisted with setting up utilities and told us our cable internet and tv options.

We plan to never move again, but if we do, there is only one company we would call. Black Tie. I can not express in words how great they were to our family.

Black tie moving was great they came on time at the interval that they said. I got a call 30 mins before and then they were at my door. They moved pretty quickly but took their time being extra precautious with all my furniture wrapping it with pads and the plastic wrap to ensure there wouldn’t be any scratches. Once we got to my new apartment there was a small hiccup with where they could park their van as other residents were moving in at the same time but they waited patiently and worked with me to solve the issue. They were able to fit all my stuff into a really small storage unit as well. The move took about 4 hours and I was satisfied with the whole process. I used their yelp coupon as well to save $50 which was awesome! I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Review for Forth Worth-

I was looking for a mover to move a refrigerator from Richardson to Fort Worth and they did an amazing job. We were concerned about moving it ourselves because of the size and expense of the one we purchased. They communicated in advance of the pick-up and showed up on time. The two gentlemen who moved the fridge were well prepared, took off the handles before moving it, prepped it well and delivered to our home including putting the handles back on. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience, we would certainly hire them again.

Black Tie Movers

Today Anthony, Isabel, and Mike moved us from our apartment to our home in flash flood conditions. As soon as they arrived they started running! They quickly assessed all to be moved and then got to work with our 3 bedroom lightly furnished apartment. Despite the terrible conditions they were prepared, upbeat, and quickly got the job done (in 2.5 hours total for a 2 mile drive to our new 2 story home and unloading). I hope we don’t have to move anytime soon, but if we did I wouldn’t hesitate using your services again and highly recommend y’all!

Outstanding

Outstanding move this past weekend, rain or shine the guys got the job done perfectly. I didn’t have the time or energy to pack and they did every single thing to perfection. The red carpet treatment made me feel so special and everyone in my neighborhood was impressed too. KT at the Nashville office is my hero, she took care of me from start to finish.

Great customer service

I’ve had several friends and coworkers who have used this company and raved about it. When I’ve spoken to their customer service (a few times!) to ask questions while planning my move, they were so helpful and responsive that I see why my friends recommended them to me.
