Good Energy Moving Team
I had the pleasure of receiving my relocation assistance with Victor and James. They both did and outstanding job and with great energy. Very respectful young men with a non-stop motor. My family was extremely privileged to have Black Tie Moving relocate us from Nashville to Atlanta. I would use them again for future moves!
Almost Perfect
We used the company twice, once in May and then in June. For the move in May: The lead mover had a little bit of an attitude, but my husband chatted with him and gave him a tip early on for all the guys and that turned him around. They did a good job but when we got the furniture out of storage in June, there was a small dent on the edge of our dining room table. The movers for the second move in June were great. The lead mover, Gabe, was terrific. Gabe made sure the others did everything properly. We really appreciated how great Gabe was for this move. We would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the small dent.
Amazing Moving Team
Black Tie moved us from Delaware to Georgia. They were prompt, efficient, meticulous in packing our fragile household items, and above all friendly and professional. The move went great. Nothing damaged or missing. Especially we want to give an excellent rating to Romunskee and Mar. These guys really worked hard and diligently. Both associates were outstanding. PHENOMENAL JOB!
Absolutely the right choice if you want it done right. Professionalism unmatched. A couple of key factors that made me know I chose the right company that you will NOT get from Marketplace or Craigslist type movers..NO HIDDEN FEES. They gave me an estimate which they met at the end. There were no surprise charges at all. the truck came fully stocked with rows of folded moving blankets, huge rubber bands to secure the blankets to your furniture, huge rolls of plastic wrap, every tool you could imagine for taking apart and putting together furniture, all kids of dollies for different furniture, solidly vetted, motivated, rock star movers. The truck opened up on two sides, not just the back for easier access to your property. They even sent me photos and bios of my movers the day before the move. They showed up exactly on time at both addresses. My two movers, Jonathan A & James R from McKinney location were phenomenal. They never stopped moving. Watching them work was so satisfying. The detail these two men put into securing my furniture for transport was nothing short of artistic. The way they loaded that truck, without an inch of wasted space, was Master level Tetris. Everything was so well protected that I could not tell what was being brought into my home under all the layers and I had to look at the shape to know. These two had to have been exhausted at the end but they never once slowed down or let on they were tired. They were both friendly, affable and assured

They were punctual, extremely polite, and careful with our furniture and delicate items as they loaded them to the truck from my house. In this day and time it was so refreshing and enjoyable to have such fine gentlemen helping us today. I give a stellar review!! 100000/5 stars! Elwin also went above and beyond to accommodate us!
