Exceptional Move - Highly Recommend
Moving is one thing I know a lot about - this was our 19th move! And I would rate this, even though it was a local move only 8 miles away, as the best. Black Tie Moving was the ultimate professional from the beginning. The estimate was handled easily and efficiently. They worked with us since the condo we were moving into seemed to constantly be delayed so scheduling was a problem but they made it easy. We ended up moving on December 26th and even though it was the day after Christmas it was not a problem for them. Everything was handled carefully, well padded and shrink wrapped. But the most outstanding aspect of the move was the service afterward. One item was damaged, a 125 year old dresser, solid wood and very heavy. One piece of wood was broken. The claim would have been $84 based on the weight but I asked if there was anyway it could be repaired rather than paying me $84. Cody Black said let me have our furniture restorers look at it and see if they can fix it. Bottom line is they fixed it, looks perfect. Not every moving company will take care of you after the move like Black Tie did. If you are going to move, Use Them!
