We used the company twice, once in May and then in June. For the move in May: The lead mover had a little bit of an attitude, but my husband chatted with him and gave him a tip early on for all the guys and that turned him around. They did a good job but when we got the furniture out of storage in June, there was a small dent on the edge of our dining room table. The movers for the second move in June were great. The lead mover, Gabe, was terrific. Gabe made sure the others did everything properly. We really appreciated how great Gabe was for this move. We would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the small dent.
